Team Run, Then Sailing today

- Change into running gear right away. Stretch.. If you are there early, you can begin rigging up your boat
- Once complete, we will run 3 distinct practices today in the boat clumps below. FJ’s will have a self-coached team race day. Lasers will do upwind/downwind boat handling and speed tuning, and 420’s will do basic boat handling and sail trim practice.
- Lasers, before you head out, read this and “Know your 90“
- I will set up a box-style course and we will head off in waves: FJ team race first, then lasers and 420’s together in a tacking drill. Lasers stay together in the drills. I may separate the lasers, so we will see.
- Mission for today is simply to get more time in the boat and work on your boat handling.
