Depending on what happens, we will have 1 of 2 practices:

OPTION 1   Video Practice

• I will video each boat doing a number of tacks, and then a number of gybes downwind. This will go in sail-number-order. I will set up at a mark. You round the mark to port and head upwind. Tack on the whistle. 3 whistles will send you racing to a weather mark, which you will round to port, and head downwind. Then you will gybe/wing on-off on whistles. I will do that with all boats that are out today.
• When you are not racing, you will sail W-L around our Derby Track (two other marks) practicing boat handling, passing boats, etc.

OPTION 2    Team Race Practice for 1-6, and boat handling with Coach Gilman/Beckman for 7-12.

• TR Practice:    Final Beat Balance Drill (to be explained)
• 7-12 Practice:   Tack/gybe, maybe a few races, and switch crews in and out.
