Practice: CHASING in Team Racing

• normal warm-ups, depending on conditions.
• talk with your team about what chasing is. What is the #1 first thing you want to do when chasing?
• Focus on your rabbit starts… time/distance and execution
• talk with your teams about how to do an effective pig-in-middle
• Team racing: First beat chase / Final Beat Chase  (one team will be chasing a 1-2 or a 1-3)
• Team racing: Downwind chase (one team will be chasing a 1-2 or a 1-3)
