-getting ready for FJ sailing this weekend
-focus on practice 1 (boathandling) :   acceleration in light air on starting line without breaking rules. ONE Large ease/trim-hike and little more….
-Practice 2 (sailtrim) : light air trim eases… make sure you are adjusting trim, and not just of sheets…..
