Practice

• Scarlett switch in with Ava after a bit
• John switch in with Annie for a bit
• if the wind is settled we may try a few team race beats and dw. If not we will do the normal.
• More than likely we will stay in our normal sailing area.
• Will do a few/several practice starts. Work hard on your distance/timing/speed control/acceleration. If your start setup looks bad GIVE IT UP EARLY
• crews today work on jib trim downwind and upwind
  • aggressive/quick transitions on gybes
  • where/how to hand-off to skipper when wing on
  • where/how to hold the jib sheet wing off
  • when to ease/trim
  • when/if cross sheeting
  • work on aggressive/quick transition when tacking
