• Mast is here. need to rig boat 3. Maybe do this tomorrow or Thursday.
• It is likely going to be raining all day; I’d suggest holding off on running so you don’t get soaked before suiting up.
• We need 100% to check every part on every 420 to make sure they are fully functional ANYTHING at all that might need to be ordered needs to be discovered.
• 3 Regattas this weekend:   SCC Varsity Saturday, Severn Varsity Sunday, Tred Avon Sunday

Practice

• Race Day. There is no meeting. Go out as soon as you can. Keep your eye on Race management, we will not wait if you are far away. If we have the good easterly the starting line may not be that far out from the gas dock. W4, unless otherwise instructed. On-the-water judging is active (first flag is a 720, second you must retire and it is a DSQ).
• Teams for this weekend will be determined tonight. We have 2 varsity regattas this weekend, Saturday at SCC and Sunday at Severn.
• All others, I would like help with regatta management this weekend. This will include running races on the water and will offer valuable opportunity to watch good sailing. To that end, we may do a “practice regatta” on Saturday to go over mark moving, etc. Everyone NOT going to SCC can come and go sailing and also help with regatta management…
