• I will be late as I have a meeting that gets out at 3pm so I will hustle over.
• Whichever 420 has the broken halyard, I believe it’s 8 or 9,  please de-rig that boat.

• focus on
  • gate choice
  • mark roundings and calling the first move downwind
  • starts in more wind (if we do have more wind today)
