DEBRIEF;

4. TR TALK

           a. Understand and think about 1st beat balance, both losing and winning. 
           b. Conservative teams that are good over-stand mark 1. Let’s work to do that almost all the time, but know the exceptions
           c. Commit to create team communication structure
           d. Crews commit to becoming more vocal and confident in calling the ball
