Today: We will try to launch the pontoon boat and use as our bench. The sailors will rotate into the boat to the left of where their name is posted.
Hope to have a decent southerly today, and we will work on:
Practice 1: Upwind Body Mechanics: How to hike properly / Focus on tacking / body positioning fore & aft / roll tacking (Roll tacking BASICS for beginners)
Downwind body positioning (Good roll gybe wing-on to wing on)
You should focus today solely on how to hike properly, roll tack, and body position downwind with a look also at roll gybing.
