TR Wednesday.
We will work on basic boat handling and simple drills, then do some team racing with the four teams listed. When we team race, all others have open sail.
Teams are below. Don’t worry about specific Severn School team plays. I am evaluating team racing instincts and how these teams look today. These are evaluative teams; not necessarily in any way, shape, or form final.
Drills to start:
- practice starts
- tack on whistle / gybe on whistle
- staggered FTL team race starts to mark 1
If any of the sailors not on today’s active roster are comfortable skippering, please let me know and you can go out in a boat.
Addi Harris come out in a coach boat as we want to rotate you in to team racing.
